Red Chevron Wrapping Paper

 Not only is it really fun to give the person you love/like a gift, but wrapping it up and having it look amazing is part of the fun as well!  Yes, it’s adorable when something is wrapped in newspaper and has duck tape to hold it all together, but if you want to step it up, here is how to make your present look absolutely amazing …

Above is a picture of wrapping paper by Mr. Boddington.  I wrapped a lot of christmas gifts in this paper, but it can definitely be carried out to Valentines Day.  Putting a light pink grosgrain ribbon on it would make the gift cute for a kid, but if its for your husband, or boyfriend, go for a red, satin ribbon!

I also love these little hang tags from Mr. Boddingtons.  They are tied on with jute, but you can also use a thin, satin ribbon, or wrapphia … Again, you can mix up the color of the ribbon you use … Hot pink, red, white, light pink, etc …

Valentines Day for Kids …

Valentines Day is one of my favorite Holidays!
I’ve always loved it …
I can’t remember if I used to make my own valentines, or just buy them at the store … I will have to ask my mom … but these days companies are creating the cutest items for Valentines Day!  I have to admit that I already have the cards that I’m sending out this year and it’s only the beginning of January!

For kids, it’s a fun time for them to give cards all their classmates, teachers, babysitters, etc.  Boatman Geller always does a really cute job with stickers (shown above) as well as cards and now even Plates!

Christmas Plates …

It’s that time of year again when I start posting things for the holiday season!

The Little Things …

As I have written in other posts, it’s all the small details that really add up and make weddings memorable and amazing.  When my friend Kristin got married last year, one of the touches that I made sure they had were the straws that were served with drinks.  Instead of the boring, plain straws, I opted for the stripey straws.  They make drinks more fun and add that special touch!  As you will see in the pictures below, they come in different colors and you can choose the way you display them to make the bar area super cute!  Enjoy!

Cell Phone Cases

I currently have just an orange ‘bumper’ on my iPhone … and I’ve wanted a personalized case, but haven’t ordered one yet because I hadn’t found a company that had patterns that I liked, or cool monograms, etc … BUT … as always, Dabney Lee has come through and has started doing cell phone cases.  As we all know if you read my blog, I love all things Dabney Lee!  The swatches, the colors, the monograms, etc …
